One on One Training
Want a more personalized
approach? We offer one-on-one training and will develop a
personalized program with a focus on YOUR goals! Sessions are
approximately 1 hour long and depending on the individual will
include some or all of the following:
- Dynamic Warm Up
- Acceleration/Agility Drills
- Traditional and
Non-Traditional Strengthening Exercises
- Core Strengthening
- Static Stretching/Cool Down
Training packages are
available as follows:
One Time Consult = $100
- Includes program development
and 1 follow up session to review the program.
4 Sessions = $250
- Includes program progression
and development.
8 Sessions = $450
- Includes pre and post testing
- Includes program progression

12 Sessions = $600
- Includes Pre and Post Testing

16 Sessions = $750

Workout" for independent workouts
We use Perform Better products at our Bootcamp
