Master vs Elite Trainer

MASTER PEAK TRAINER CRITERIA

  • 3 Years experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach
  • 1 yr of Mentorship under a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)
  • CPT or CSCS Certification (Certified Personal Trainer OR Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)- by NSCA
  • 1 Kettle Bell Certification (StrongFirst or RKC)
  • Minimum of 2 continuing education courses per year
  • FMS trained (Functional Movement Systems)
  • Shadow a sports Physical Therapist for >100 hrs.
  • Minimum of 1 Specialized Certification in the Strength & Conditioning field.
  • Diverse experience of training clients for both weight loss, body building and elite high school/collegiate athletes.

ELITE PEAK TRAINER CRITERIA

  • Completed Certification in personal training by one of the following regulating bodies:
    • American Council of Exercise (ACE)
    • International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA)
    • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
    • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
  • Minimum of 2 continuing education courses per year
  • Diverse experience of training clients for both weight loss, body building and elite high school/collegiate athletes.
