Shoulder Strengthening for Athletes

Does your shoulder get sore after you throw or swing your arm? Do you get a sharp pain in the back of the shoulder when you release the ball or follow through? You may be suffering from shoulder instability and weakness. We've developed a comprehensive system to strengthen both the rotator cuff and shoulder blade muscles (called the scapular stabilizers).
