Athletes
Does your shoulder get sore after
you throw or swing your arm? Do you get a sharp pain in the back of the shoulder
when you release the ball or follow through? You may be suffering from shoulder
instability and weakness. We've developed a comprehensive system
to strengthen both the rotator cuff and shoulder blade muscles
(called the scapular stabilizers). We combine both isometric and
dynamic strengthening exercises to strengthen the entire
shoulder complex, not just the rotator cuff like so many other
programs.
