Peak Athlete Training Program


Peak’s premier conditioning program for teen athletes  now available at our new facility on Harding Street located in the  Worcester Ice Center!

Program includes:
Pre-designed workouts that will be offered various times during the week and are customized to fit the needs of a teen athlete. A trainer will be on the floor at all times to instruct, guide, cue and assist all athletes with their workouts. Workouts will change daily and will include strength training, agility work, speed drills and sport specific activities. These workouts are not group classes! Athletes will work through their daily workout individually and at their own pace with guidance from our trainers.

Athletes can come in at any time during the open hours to complete the workout.

Program Times

•   Monday through Friday 2:30 – 5:00 pm
•   Saturday 9:30 am – 12:00 pm
•  Sunday 7:00  am – 12:00 pm
