Peak Athlete Training Program


Peak is introducing a new conditioning program for teen athletes!

Program includes:
Pre-designed workouts that will be offered various times during the week and are customized to fit the needs of a teen athlete. A trainer will be on the floor at all times to instruct, guide, cue and assist all athletes with their workouts. Workouts will change daily and will include strength training, agility work, speed drills and sport specific activities. These workouts are not group classes! Athletes will work through their daily workout individually and at their own pace with guidance from our trainers.

Athletes can come in at any time during the open hours to complete the workout.

Program Times

•   Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 2:30-4:50pm
•   Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm
•   Saturdays from 10:00-11:00am


•   An individual FMS (functional mobility screen) with one of our certified trainers
•   A customized warm up designed specifically to meet your needs
•   Discounts on all future Peak Camps and Training Programs
