Summer Training: June 5th – August 24th
All athletes will receive a functional mobility screen to develop individual mobility and activation before all workouts.
Athletes can train unlimited during the allocated sessions. Workouts will change daily and are designed to develop muscular strength, power and endurance as well as speed, agility and metabolic conditioning.
Monday thru Thursday
90 minute sessions offered 4x/day

10 weeks for $400 (unlimited)
Choose any 10 weeks with rolling admission, additional weeks available at $35/wk with a 10 week commitment
Choose any number of weeks for $55 per week (unlimited)
