Peak is once again offering our Fall Athletic Performance program!
This program is designed for athletes ages 12 and up. Program design will include speed and agility drills, weight training instruction, core work and cardio conditioning. All classes will be led by our certified strength and conditioning coaches and will emphasize proper form, technique and will modify the program as needed depending on the athlete’s ability. Our goal is to guide each athlete towards become a stronger, faster elite level athlete while DECREASING THE RISK OF INJURY!
Athletic Performance is an 8 week program that runs 2 x week from Tuesday October 3rd – Tuesday November 29th.
Tuesday/Thursday – 3:45 – 4:45pm – $199
Tuesday/Thursday – 7:00 – 8:00pm – $249
