What’s a typical Boot Camp session like?
Every workout is unique. We change the exercises, the set up and the format to keep you motivated. Classes are approximately 45 minutes in duration and are all led by an experienced instructor. You will enjoy the benefits of individual attention in a fun, group setting.
What’s a typical Peak Strength session like?
With Peak Strength you will be led through full body strength training routines, changing daily and incorporating hundreds of different exercises. All sessions will be run by a certified trainer. You can expect to be pushed and challenged. Typical workouts run 45-60 minutes.
I haven't exercised in a long time and am looking to get back into shape. Will PFPT be too much for me?
While our workouts will always challenge you, safety is one of our primary focus points, and we will modify and shape each workout to meet your individual needs.
I am recovering from a recent injury. Is PFPT going to be safe for me to participate in?
Peak Fitness Performance Training is led by licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. We have the personnel to make sure you return to activity safely and effectively. All workouts can and will be modified to meet individual needs as necessary
How do I get started?
Click the link on the home page to get signed up or contact us directly for more information . For your first visit to Peak, please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. It’s always a good idea to bring a hand towel and water or you can rent/purchase either from us at the front desk
